Title: WTB- SSV-168 Louvered Engine Vent
Post by: rayar3 on October 26, 2012, 10:23:02 AM: Thinking about picking up a cheap local project but its missing the rear cover. I think the X16 shares the same part too. It's the Black Louvered vent behind the engine cover. I don't want to jump on it unless I can find the vent. Anyone know of any at any junkyards or have one lying around in the parts bin?

Seriously though that vent is unique to that boat AFAIK so finding one for sale or a parts boat with one will be tough but not impossible.

The boat is about a 4 hour round trip for me and he has already closed down his cabin for the season which is where the boat is. So he won't be back up there until next year.

Let me know. That would be a fun boat with a V8 stuck back there.
