I wanted to document my rebuild this past spring for 2 reasons. The first reason is to help with any possible sale of the boat down the road. And 2 most importantly to help other people with thier own future builds. I pulled the floor up (that I replaced half assed 5 years ago) April 29 and launched the boat completed June 29. I did all the work outside during a rainy spring before and after work and between storms while working 6 days a week. All wood work done by my friend who is a great carpenter. Matierials from US composites: 10gal 435 polyester resin. 20yrds 1708 biaxl fiberglass matting. 4lbs urethane foam (80lbs) kit. 24 tubes of west system six ten epoxy. Sixty ten was used to glue the stringers to the hull fill voids and glue the pucks back into the floor where I poured the foam. All wood marine ply all hardware stainless

Everyday I made a list and crossed things off until the list got smaller. It was a great feeling. A tough decision I made but glad I did is move the panels to the far edge of the floor. With all the foam added I felt no need to rebuild a box there is just enough room for a battery and trim pump. Tons mor storage too

Lags pre drilled and 5200 into stringers. I forgot the bit sized I used I will find out
-
The boat sits 2inches higher in the water picked up a mph and will never get a stress crack again

Another G/C saved !

Super pumped to get started on this project. I have been patiently waiting for the right one to come available for a long time. I will need help from the group on getting the interior corrected and look forward to re spraying the metallic Gelcoat ! JT.
