August 19, 2018 First splash!
The only thing better than having a CVX 18 is having a Happy Girlfriend to go with it.

How the first splash go ?
We met Betty's daughter and son in law on the lake ( they have a b..b...b..b-liner). As you can see the lake was a little rough, when we stopped the waves washed up almost to the swim pads. We didn't spend much time on the water.
As far as the boat it ran good with a few adjustments needed. The idle was too low so getting under way without stalling was a challenge. Fixed that when we stopped on the lake. By the time we headed back the remote control had loosened up so shifting was a problem. Docking was a joy. Not!
All in all it was a successful venture. Spent the last couple weeks fine tuning.
