Hi guys, some of you know I had to deal with some medical issues this summer. finally getting back to "normal"......I have been looking for a Scat Craft pickle fork for years (I ran one when I was a kid) I actually tried to get this one a few years ago and this fall I was able to get it in a project trade. The little Yellow one is the early stages of "It Should work Three".........I posted One and Two on here some years back? Nothing Glastron on my project list right now but still have the V143 Hobby Stock Race boat......anyway just wanted to say hi.

I decided to tear out the supports alongside the engine bay, they were marginal, and there really isn't a better time to do them.  Out of all the wood in the top, only the peice across the back seat was solid enough to keep.  A comination of pour foam and a small froth pack covered the bow, sides, and stern area.  I could use another system 15 spray Pak to fill the stern area a bit better, maybe in the morning.  Tomorrow the top will get flipped, and mated back to hull.  At least the boat will be back together, right now it's occupying both bays in the shop.     On a side note, Husker girls volleyball will be in Minneapolis for the final four in volleyball.     Go husker girls!
Iím sure my family and maybe I met him (Art Carlson.). We were right in the middle of the Southern California hot boat scene.

Thanks for finding this.  Yes, it looks the same except that my steering wheel has the wood grain trim finish, which I think looks nice with the rest of the wood grain trim in the boat.

I did a little research on Glastron and found that it has changed ownership a number of times since I bought my boat.  The current 2019 model outboard with the least weight is approximately twice the weight of my boat and motor.  What happened to the little sport boats, the CVX's?
