Hotwired's Shirt thread ...
« on: August 29, 2010, 08:18:22 AM »

Anyone else get some more group pictures.  I'd like to get the shirts for the 2011 meet set up for next year.  With this years meet over if anyone would like a commemorative shirts I can easily make up shirts like I did these for Mark. Or.. if you want to make your own I will send you the graphic and you can print your own iron-on transfer.

Laine73GT160's reply ...

I would love a picture of my boat on a shirt!
Who do I contact?
What quality of photo, and what format works best?
Are the company?s other products also available?

From Hotwired's post ....

My "store" as it is, is still up.

If anyone wants shirts made up with their boat on them just let me know.

I do not know of a flag they offer though.  That is a great idea though.  I will have to look for a place to make custom flags and maybe we can fly our own CGOAMN colors next year!

After looking at pictures of meet I think we/you should wait for others to post there photos ...
Quite a few haven't posted theres yet.
But something like this would be cool for a CGOAMN Red Wing shirt ...

Cool little side business you have.

Good ideal/wise of you to move the post to its own topic.  I have know test some of my replies to topics changed the intended direction of the original post.  This can make the posts confusing, difficult to read, follow, and respond to.  I attribute this to me being new to forums, and will be more careful to start new posts, if my response changes the direction of the topic.

I would be prowled to wear club shirts.

I will E-mail you in the future for stock shirts.

The fact that custom shirts with my boat are an option is cool but it will take some time to get the prefect picture complete with the six foot super model.

Unfortunately CafePress is the money maker here.  I can but do not mark up the shirt or other things beyond what CafePress charges to keep them as reasonably priced as possible. If anyone wants their boat on a shirt just email me the picture you want on your shirt and I can insert it into the graphic.  Ckochmann @ msn.com pic size not real important but I set up the graphic at about 2MP (1200 x 1200 pixel in size which I crop or resize to fit the base graphic).  You can print the graphic yourself which I will send you a reverse image to use as a iron-on transfer or I can simply set you a store on Cafe Press to buy from.  Each "store" has only one picture per item, multiple items are ok but for instance only one design t-shirt and another design on a mug or something.
