Conrad Schmidt at FiberglassicsForums has a number of in-line Mercurys and props, including 2-blade bronze and 3-blade Cleavers. He braved the cold and ice to record this video of his latest set up.

Yea, I noticed the ice in the water near the launch ramp too!  (He lives near Des Moines, IA)  Brave man.   :o  Gotta love his "intestinal fortitude".
