He Stole My Craigslist Account to Try to Sell a Scam Boat
« on: January 23, 2011, 04:27:03 PM »
This person stole my Craigslist account to advertise a 2007 Nitro boat with 90 HP engine with 20 hours use for $2,850. People would repeatedly red flag it under my account. I have since changed my password.

He has ads across the nation, and not only on Craigslist

There was one like that in MN. The person had the ad posted all over the midwest. It was for a 2007 21' Sun Tracker pontoon, I figured it was a scam so I made a new email account and sent them an email. The price was $2850. I could not go and inspect the pontoon the price included shipping to my door from New York. So I messed around with them for about 2 weeks before I sent them a very NASTY email telling them what I thought of them, with no reply. This person said this was all being done through EBAY Motors and sent me an email that looked to be from EBAY. The email wasn't from Ebay because when I get and email from ebay it comes up as a trusted sender, this one did not. So as the saying goes if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

here is what came up when I googled the email address

Dirty B^%!@!
Have they nothing better to do? What's the point? To get your email address so they can spam you? Someone hacked into my Yahoo account about a week ago and spammed people in my contacts. Had to change passwords. PITA!
