nuther nice day... i spose i have to stay here and get work done today :-(
but 5 hours on the river in the sun yesterday was great.
put in at the marina in lakeland, stopped at kinnickinnic, then crused down to the cove, had shrimp in Prescott on the way back. almost no traffic on the river.

Oh, almost forgot.
with the 20" raker we just touched 47 with both of us and gear in the boat.
that is mostly what i expected, i should get 49 unloaded.
i will say it feels lighter when trimmed up with this prop.

Joe
How much gas do you take with for such an outing? Did you buy any fuel on the water?

fuel gauge said full when we launched, empty when we loaded so prob around 16 gallons.
did not buy on the water cuz i had an agenda and knew i was heading in, otherwise i would have put some in when we stopped in Prescott.
i also carry a 2 gal can for backup
