"Don Newbry starting building this boat car three years ago. He said "I wanted a convertible, and this is what I built".  It is a 1973 Glastron GT 150, with a 1971 VW chassis. Don says his next project will be a 17 foot cabin cruiser on wheels.  I can't wait to this a cabin cruiser on wheels."

We we're planning to build a Boatswagon from a cvx16, but decided an outboard would not look right, so we found a cvx-16 SS, but after a little clean up and tuning, it looked and ran fine.  Got us both into Glastrons so there is that.  Might make one someday, maybe just not a classic Glastron.
