New Apartment

As most of you know Toni and I sold our house in River Falls and we have an apartment we are living in in Hager City, Toni has me completely remodeling everything to her liking before we move in but we have stayed there quite a bit lately. The landlords dog has become quite attached to Toni and she feeds it and it spends a lot of time with her when she is home, it has even spent the night once or twice with us instead of going upstairs. So I casually mention to the landlord that his dog seems to have spent more time at our place then his and maybe I should subtract the cost of dog food out of the rent. I got the rent bill today and he increased our rent by $30.00 for having a pet......
