So anyways, that picture was taken on Laurie?s way to Home Depot to get a new grinder, she picked the heavy duty, Milwaukee model that thing just tears it up
. Spent the rest of Thursday night and all day Saturday grinding and got that all cleaned up.
Sunday after checking the damage to the boats in the collapsed building, Jeff helped me pattern and cut everything required to pour the stringer and the transom. I was planning on using some leftover composite material for the front portion of the center stringer, but Jeff convinced me to just use that for all of the forms so everything?s gonna be pretty heavy duty when it?s done.
My original plan was to lay up sheets of biax on a table and cut them and fit them in for the Forms to pour the transom and gussets, as Jeff pointed out it was a lot easier to just cut this composite material and I had it sitting there.
Tapatalk is not letting me load all my pictures but you get the idea.
The garage is heating up right now and we?re going to cook up some resin today.
