It's some kind of plastic or vinyl cover.
There's a draw string around outer edge.
Bunge loops & five straps with quick connects buckles
No rips or fraying ... dirty but in good shape.

#5 Bottom or inside of cover.
#6 Strap with buckle

Likewise!!! Yeah I'm gunna stick a mic stand in it to pop it up and keep tears of the gods from cryin over how beautiful Arts designs are.  Thank you again so much, I'd rather put money into gas than waste it away on some billion dollar boat cover from China to Custom fit a Grasstron.
