Looks like a somewhat painful process, at least for me getting up and down that much.  Are you reworking the trailer?  Brakes?

Here is the State of Minnesota ice out indicator. Expand the map to view the lake you wish to check, or write in the name of the lake, and check for a colored drop indicating the ice is out. I do not see a drop for White Bear Lake, but nearby lakes, including Lake Owasso, etc., have drops. It should not be long before the prop testing 2018 commences.

Interesting trailer extraction process...so you alternate two floor jacks as you move section by section?  Did you use wood supports along the keel once trailer was moved out far enough?  I've got a trailer that needs some attention also, so I'm curious on the method & risks.

I was able to lift the entire boat using two jacks. One under transom with a large 6x6 spanning the width of the pad on the bottom of the boat. then another jack under the keel in about the middle of the boat (no wood, just rubber to keep it protected and from slipping).
Pullled the trailer forward enough to get two jack stands under the chines directly under the transom.
Then it's just alternating one jack to the next under the keel as you pull the trailer forward to get around each cross member of the trailer.
All the while having two 3 year old spotters to make sure nothing goes crazy......or to keep things crazy!!
I have it sitting on wood blocks in the back between the jack stand and tansom but nothing under keel as it's too tippy.
If I planned on having it sit this way for a while, i'd build a cradle like Shawn did to support the boat better.

Did the same thing to my CV16SS a while back.

Seems relatively easy to do - I wouldn't have it setting that way for long, only to attend to a few trailer updates.  Could you post a couple pics of the supported hull?

I can get more detail later if you need it. These are big heavy duty jack stands also. 12 ton. Probably would be a good idea to add another under the pad I suppose.

That’s the same thing I did with the 1900 when I swapped trailers. I have a wood block with a V cut into it I use for the keel when jacking.

Did something similar long ago with my V234 so I could pick up another boat with the trailer.  I got the back off just enought to put stands under the back and a beam across on stands with the bow up enough so I could pull out the trailer.  I just bought an old style hoist from the 50's that was used originally for old inboards with the bow and stern D rings that went through to the keel.  This one was actually used up to last year with slings with a very new Malibu ski boat.  I am actually going to convert into a boat shed with tarp to be able to pull my smaller boats off to work on them and the trailer in different ways.  If it was heavy duty enough for a Malibu with an inboard V 8, should do up to my cvx 18.  Next project is rotisserie idea... think i have a good plan there to use the hoist structure and something else.  The hoist came with nice heavy duty top, motor, and cables, if anything would make nice portable shed for boats.
