Google/Youtube it...easier than to explain it...(its for towing tubes, skiers)  Kind of a cool idea.

It a bar that bolts to the motor mounts out side the out bord . It has a roller on it that a rope connects with.  And you can pull a skier

Brand new Turbo Swing XL. Bought it a few years ago to install on my pontoon, but sold the boat without it.
