I can tell you guys never hung out with AOMC members. You can spot them at shows pulling on ropes saying "I had it running just last week" Bob Sieverson in Brainerd has a couple thousand motors. Garages full, the house is full, he even has motors (on stands) in his bathroom. Most of them will never be on a boat, they will never be seen, and sold off by their kids after they die. That is the best collection of Mercury racing motors I have ever seen, Too bad they get wasted away in his garage.
