is there a way you can send back to your computer a video that you posted on youtube?i lost a copy and would like to have one saved on my computer.thanks

Yes, go to your youtube account, to your video manager, find the video you wand and click on the small arrow next to the edit button for that video. You'll see a pull-down list with an option to download the mp4 file of the vid, click that and it will download to your computer.

rich i did what you said and it said it went to a mp4 file?i cant seem to find it on my computer.im not to great with the computer.would i need a mp player-external then down load back were i want it?what im trying to do is send it back to my pictures file from youtube.thanks

Depending on your computer OS, it puts it in different places.

On Windows 7 it goes to your downloads folder unless you tell it to save it somewhere else.

So you have downloaded it...now you just need to find where it saved it.
