Joe, you truly are young at heart.

Any stats on the new setup?

high winds, rough water
we did find a few spots close to shore and wound it up
steering is awesome
20" raker cavatates some when taking off
47 @ 5300 with both of us and gear in the boat so i prob gained 2 or 3 mph
did not try the 21 SST, guess i gotta wait for better water.
mostly i just wanted to get out in march to say i did it

Darn it! I'm a little behind, just put the snowsleds away last weekend and you're already on the water!

Looking good Joe. Looks like the St. Croix. Last I saw the water was just over the Hudson ramp. Is it still high?

Certainly a good way to avoid the crowds, nice to see you out enjoying some leisure time.  Water still low on the river here, I need to look up when navigation season begins.  For now, the Z is still in hibernation, some winter projects dragging along.

Yep, there was a caution sign at the Hudson ramp, didn't say not to launch but there was nowhere to beach.
no docks in at beanies, launched at windmill in Afton, beached on the north side of kinni.
