Title: Tabbed bolt for CV 16 windshield

Anyone know where I can get one of these? (See attached picture) My son had one instruction. Don't break the tabbed fastener.  One job.  Oh well.

I will eventually learn the names of all the things I'm breaking so I can do a better job searching the forum for solutions.
