There should be a ton of great pics this year, as in the past. I am only posting a couple here (dial up) and besides, Brian didnt you say throw them in a CD and get them to you? It would be really cool to get everybodys all together on one cd.

One is Doran getting towed. He did get back under his own power once he got the motor to keep running. I thought I had pics of the awesome "fix" that was made to his motor, but could not find them on my camera. I know someone else did.
Allan and wife (Pam?)  and I left the beach for the campgrounds when we came across Mark and Doran. I spotted this Bald Eagle in a tree and got 2 pics before he took off. Wish my camera would have snapped sooner!

And I'd like to add that it was an awesome weekend and I had a great time. Felt like it went by way too fast. Not enough boating for me. Great food and a great crowd. Quite a few new faces and the ones I met, fit right in! Another great job by Brian and Lisa and a big thanks to all that pitched in. That should cover just about everyone.

Great pics. Wish I could've joined y'all. In your honor I held the first annual South Venice Glastron meet earlier today. Only one boat showed up ...

Shoot!  Photographic evidence.  I have pictures of Steve's 'MacGyver'ed' temporary solution.  Long story short, I over-torqued the thumb screw that holds the fuel line to the fuel screen & fuel pump and snapped it off!  At the beach no less.

Then on the way back, I ran out of fuel on 1 tank (both are permanently mounted) and thought I switched it to tank 2, when in reality I switched it to the off position.  Once I got that figured out, I switched it correctly and it fired up and off we went.

Sorry, someone had to do it. I'd expect the same in return.  ;D
Not a big deal, all part of the meet and better yet, you got to come back under power. Shows there is always someone in the group to help out too! Thanks Mark! A nicer guy, they do not make. You really added to the group. Thanks for making the trip. Hope you enjoyed it.
BTW, Doran, nice to see your boat in person. I think that is probably my favorite color. Looked awesome!

Great Photo's everyone!!!  Chris, you have a few worthy of the calendar!  The shot of Bob's 007 from the port quarter is perfect, and the shot of Red's boat passing the dock with Jason's in the foreground is amazing too!  You should forward those to Jason for his calendar file!

I am still uploading ... about 500 more to load .... Lawson had a HUGE memory stick! There will be a total of about 650 pictures and a couple of video by the time I get them all loaded. Loading files 150 - 350 now. Those to come mainly the pictures taken at the beach down in Lake City.

A lot of the credit goes to Lawson.  He managed to see to it that EVERY boat got photographed and took a multitude of pictures while underway with Doran and Shaun. Many thanks to the people who offered and provided rides to those of us who were there without our boats. Mike, Doran, Red, Shaun and many more.  I was able to ride in and even drive some of the boat I have admired for years.  You people are among the best!

Great pics guys. Keep em comin'! Looks/sounds like a good time was had by one & all. If I have to beg borrow or steal I'm gonna make it up there next year!

Hey Doran that's quite the fix on yer motor. I can't decide if it's more MacGyver or Rube Goldberg ...  Hey whatever it takes to get it runnin', right?! Heh heh

I would also encourage people who didnt post on the "me and my boat" thread to do so, especially now that you may actually see some pics of You and Your Boat! There are still some people at the meet I do not know the names of.
Maybe even update your profile with your real name and State. That would be wonderful.

Here is a link to all my pictures, 84 images in all, pretty lame as well compared to Chris', but driving a boat sure changes things a little.  But, just got busy talking to folks and forgot to snap shots too.  I will somehow get some of my video out there for you to see very soon... have a great clip of Red flying by us.

http://s519.photobucket.com/albums/u352/rev1717/2010%20Glastron%20Classic/

The beach was packed with Glastrons :), but us "GT-150 guys", Scott, Andy, myself, found a little corner of the beach on the other side of the swim area that was a good sandy spot...  we were calling it the "GT-150 zone"

I threw this together last night.

Most of the group was already headed back, but I shot about 80% of my trip back up, and I'll use it to keep warm this winter!

Its long...14 mins, but I don't have a lot of video editing tools.  About all I can do is stitch videos together and add some music...

Agree Ross, many names I could use help on!  Maybe we could post the pictures taken at the beginning of the meet with everyone's boat, trailer and owner?  Just a thought.

My plan is to add all those pictures to the www.cgoamn.com website.  That way, they will be in a better format, and we don't have to struggle with the format of the forum.

The three GT-150's were Scott Glasspoole, Andy Wilson, and Mark Lindhorst (borrowing a boat from the family that he origionally sold it to.)

Tour of the Dock & the Boat Parade.

(Sorry for the music...turn it down if you're not a fan...but Lawson talks like a trucker...so I had to dub over it.  (J/K Lawson).  The wind really messed with the mic...so I just turned it off.)

Long video (14 mins long) of my run back.  I figured it'd be more eventful with the MacGyver'd fuel line...but not really until the end.

Haven't had time to sit and watch all the videos.... super busy at work, and no internet at home... too glitchy for vid on the phone...

Good stuff!!!!!!!!!! Great Pictures!

Was good to meet more people, I'm horrible with names tho, so hope I didn't offend anyone or seem rude.

Man I'm bad with names...

Well Mark you got the Andy part right. I guess I didnt meet him, see the boat in a slip or know his screen name. Another time. I was just a bit suprised at the pic you posted that had 3 150's in it.

I got some stills of the intimidator, but not sure about much video... most of you guys were way out in front of me after the parade of boats.  :)

I know what you mean Ross... I think there were a couple folks who splashed their boats just before the parade & ride to lake peppin, and took them out that evening.  When the gt 150s got to the beach, it was pretty much full... after trying the point and realizing it was kind of rocky, with plenty of wave action going on, we all moved to the other side of the swim area.  It was nice and sandy and calm, but also kind of secluded... probably didn't see em unless you walked all the way to that side or saw it from the walk up the hill.
