man, this is getting frustrating!

I sent Doran a message asking for advice about this, any ideas? I posted it, now I can't see it. The first attempt gave me an error, so I thought maybe it was too much info, so I rewrote it with no pics, and I could see it, then I tried to add pics, and it disappeared again. can't see it on my Iphone either, but can with my Ipod touch.

can't imagine what could be causing it.

Same for me, doesn't come up with my Mac/Safari. But does come up with my OLD aol browser from 8 years ago.

Hmm...IE, Firefox, Safari for Win, Opera, Chrome...all show a blank page.

My *guess* is that whatever you're posting with is throwing something weird on the text. I'd need to run it threw a hex editor or something to really see what's up.

Since I can't get it to display anything...I can't see what's going on...Sorry Steve!

(Have you run a virus scan lately?)

honestly, I wouldn't even know. I have AOL as my home page, and I access everything through that, and always have. I really don't have any knowledge about it beyond that. wish I could offer more info.

It did the same thing for me as what was happening on the other post "The donor boat is home" when it got to page 2.

Try using IE or Firefox or Chrome.

Stupid question time...

If I choose chrome as my homepage, will I lose my favorites? Lots of reference sites saved there. I have no idea how to run or keep more than one...

I open Chrome and go to CGOAMN forum.
I only us Chrome for IFFY web sites ... SO I'm not logged in at forum.
I logged in with user name and password and your post dissapperes ?
WEIRD ?
Can't delete post with out logging in as Mod and can't see post after logging in ...
WEIRD !

Durning install you will be asked if you want to "Import Setting" click "YES" or "OK" or whetever ...

What OS are you using XP ?
Service Pack 3 ?
Version of IE ?

A friend uses AOL ... His wife likes it ... We go through BIG problems every time AOL upgrades ...

Wex - Chrome is just a web browser. Will you lose your bookmarks? - Not in your AOL browser.

You'll just need to add the ones you want in Chrome, IE, Firefox or whatever you like best.

I have vista.

I will try the google chrome since I can keep all my info. It's wierd that it works for replies and posts, but it seems if I start or continue a thread with lots of text and photos, I end up with this issue. That may be a coincidence.

I have my computer hooked up to the 52" flat screen, which is great when I'm on it, but not so great when people are watching movies, and I'm stuck using my phone for web access. So I will try google chrome as soon as I can, and we'll see how that goes!

You can use one or all browser at the same time.
You already have IE on your computer, " Internet Explorer " that blue E with a yellow slash through it.
Click on it, set Google as your home page and goto forum ...

Not sure about AOL but IE, Firefox & Chrome all have ways to backup and import your favorites/bookmarks.

okay, so I downloaded google chrome, opened up in that, and tried to post pics in a reply to the project scimitar 2 thread. didn't work. blank page again. I really don't get this.
