Happy Birthday Mom!

Took Mom out for some Italian grub at Luna's tonight. Then to a performance of "The King & I" @ Venice Little Theater. First row center balcony. [Puffing out chest]

"She does so love the theatre". [Said in snobby British accent]

Ah well what the heck, she deserves it for puttin up with my crap for 50 odd years.

If you're lucky enough to still have your parents, or a parent. Do something nice for them on their birthday. Or else ...

Mom has a nice place in Venice East. And the house in the hills outside Franklin NC. Both paid for. To quote Mike Tyson I gotta 'take my hand off' to the old man. He had his $hit together financially.

As it is Mom cavorts around the country competing in the Senior Olympics. (She's always been a jock.) Think Las Vegas was the last venue.

Never had a problem with that but these trips to Alaska & Scotland & Jamaica, etc etc etc. Are cutting into my inheritance ...?
