Small OB questions

Amber and I are trying to find some information on what looks like might be a small evinrude my mother in law is wanting to sell. We don't know if it runs or really anything about it. we believe this is the serial #

 NB02802482386901

Also, any ideas on what it may be worth?

   I saw one like that years ago, was marketed by Montgomery Wards.  If it runs, its probably worth something.  Given its size maybe 15 HP?  Toss it on CL for $100 and see I suppose.

My guess is an Eska 3.5 or 5hp  They were often sold through retailers like sears and wards I think.  They were made in Iowa I think.
