Title: '72 Swinger V-176 Gas Tank Size

Hey all, I believe this should have come with a 12 gallon tank, but I don't know for sure. Does anyone know where I could find out?

I know the open bow version are under walk thru.
Is your under deck or in stern ?
If you can .. check to make sure it not full of rust and/or gunk.

The outboard powered boats didn't always come with a built in tank, that was an option. Usually you just had portable cans under the splashwell in the back. I installed a 12 gallon tank back there on my 1970 V176 Swinger.
