Got all but one piece of the floor cut. I will pick up one more sheet tonight and hopefully get the floor all glassed in tonight. Big Thank You to Tim as he has been over the last couple days giving me a hand. Hoping to get it done in time for the meet but time will tell.
I think this has become an addiction.

If your at home and want to check go into my garage behind the shelves are a few sheets of 3/4" in various sizes.  If any of those will work for you take em.

Looks like you've got enough room in there to paint Wet Raider ...

So I finally got the 195 back in the garage. Got the tank installed and the front half of the floor glassed in. Hopefully get the back half done tonight and tomorrow. Going to try and get one test run in before the ice shows up but we will see.

Interesting how they run the fuel fill for the tank. Does it go through the seat then? Nice idea running the fuel line through the conduit. Looks nice and clean and will keep the screws out!

original had 2 tanks one 18Gal under each seat. Changed it to one 30 gal in the floor (it came with the boat)

Got the deck on and glassed in. Should I put 2 layers of glass?

Other wise I was thinking i would just use the resin up I have left and put a coat of resin over the first layer of glass Not sure if I have enough resin for another layer of glass I would have to get some more. Then I was thinking i would paint it with some enamel paint.

Got some more stuff done this week. another layer of resin on the floor, y-pipe in and some of the misc. on the transom, painted the bilge.

And look the motor is in!!!!  Like the new rubber motor mount.

I had to set it down and re adjust the chain so I could get it in. Also had to remove the trailer tires and had to lower the boat on the trailer otherwise it sat to high.
I think this has become an addiction.

So motor is in and their is a difference between Mercruiser exhaust and Glastron/ volvo exhaust. Does anyone have a set of 302 volvo/glastron  manifolds i will trade you for a set of merc manifolds or just buy them if you have a set
