NOT a glastron or carlson.  Looks like a Carlson rip off with a v-hull instead of a tunnel hull. That is an interesting v-hull BTW.

Glasspar or in latter years a Larson XL 5 ..
Glasspar G3's had a sponsion on side of hull.
