Title: V195 Engine Compartment Pic
Post by: fireman24mn on August 04, 2012, 10:15:10 AM
I was wondering if someone could post a pic of the engine compartment of a V195. I put the engine cover on and I did not make the floor long enough. I replaced the stringer to where the old one ended. Thanks

Measure twice cut once or measure a few times and cut a couple more then make it work

Thinking I wish I would have taken the floor out. Then I would have had some measurements instead of going off where it looks like it goes o well I'll get it

I'm just glad it wasn't  me who cut that section out. Nothing some plywood and glass won't fix.

This is how I make almost all my home improvements work! ;D

Does anyone else have a V195 that they can take a pic of. Just wondering how far under the engine cover the wood goes. Or even better if someone could measure from the transom forward and tell me the distance. Mine is the 302/ Volvo if it makes a difference.
