Lifting ring, a special Mercury tool, borrowed from Steve A.  A plastic cap is removed from the top of the flywheel and this device is screwed in. First step is to lift the 1988 115 HP Merc sitting horizonally on a pallet onto the motor stand. Do not know the time frame for the engine swap. Alot to do on the 1988 before the switch.
