Vance is not a member and don't think he looks at the forum much, if ever ...
Best bet would be to add your "Thank Yous" to his Youtube videos.

I talked to him Saturday, he said he gets on and looks at what we are doing on a regular basis. So I am sure he sees them. But I do agree with Gregg, post your thank yous to youtube just in case.
