Selling my 1979 Glastron Carlson CVX 16. Very nice condition, solid floors and transom (a transom saver has been used since new) paint still shines and is very sparkly also comes with raised ski pylon. Carpet is nice and upholstery is faded but all usable.
Motor is a 1979 Mercury 115 HP tower of power with trim/tilt that runs extremely well and fast. Comes with SS prop in excellent condition and 2 additional aluminum props. Also included is a full unopened jug of Merc 2 cycle oil
trailer is a 1979 Holsclaw full roller that came with the boat originally and is by far the best built trailer I've ever seen, all lights work as they should.
This is a complete and correct vintage setup that always gets attention at the lake. Steers and drives beautifully and has plenty of power to slalom ski, tube and wakeboard. All new this year includes;Interstate battery, steering cable, distributor, distributor cap, ignition wires and engine wire harness. complete tuneup and carbs synch. All work performed at Valley Marine, Valley Nebraska ($2000 in receipts). Was lucky enough to find this 1985 Mastercraft Stars and Stripes in excellent condition and couldn't pass it up. I love this Glastron and would like to keep both but for now Im outta room. I will own another one, just hope I'll be able to find one that runs as good as this one
