My brother had a yt open bow valero. The cornering was mind blowing. He mentioned the Carlson/Matise handling the same way, like it was on rails.

I know nobody likes to hear the B* word...but they're doing something similar with their 'M' hull on their Element series as well.  Not as fast of course...

The CM at the show was quite similar to a YT hull.  Seems they drew from several designs.  Stepped, tunnel, V hull, cat.
