CV BTB seats
« on: August 10, 2010, 12:58:18 PM »
Greg ... or anyone else .. does some one have a measured sketch of the framing for making the original style back to back seats in the CV boats?  I will need a set of seats for this CV-16.

I know I have seen it somewhere.

I found this labeled GT-160 but looks to be the same as the CVs and GT-150.

I'll send what I have in an email.
Got them from one of Jason's posts, he could give you more details.

When do you need it?

I plan to completely rebuild my CV-16 seat bases this late fall then send them in to the upholsterer.  we can cut two sets of them at the same time if you are not in a hurry this summer.  I'll use the orignal wood as a template as I disassemble them.

That would be awesome!  Even tracings of the original parts would be great.  I did that on a set of CVX bucket seats.  BTW .. I still have those if anyone needs to build those.  I had thought of making those for the CV-16V8 as well but then it would only be a 2 passenger boat.
