Kip & Ross
You can rent cheap skis/boots/poles or go into Aftons ski shop and rent (demo) top of the line stuff !
Ski's have changed big time sence you last skied ...
Get (demo) a pair of Vokl or Dynastars SL's, you don't even have to ski ... they'll do it for you ...LOL
We would go on week nights, and kid in shop would let us try every model they had, until we found our favorite.
Top of the line skis/binding go for about $1000 to $1200, so $30 four or five times a year is pretty cheap.
Hardest part is going back to my old skis after some WC SL's ...
I bet they have changed alot. I think the wide ones had been around a few years before I quit. What are those called? Its on the tip of my tongue.
I have some K2's I picked up at a year end clearance once, then had to buy some bindings.. They sure look beat up for being so new. Too much falling and crossing of skis. LOL
