Just thought I would poke in again and update everyone. I had settlement on the house this past Friday! My fiance and I are in the process of stripping wall paper and then doing some painting. along with other small stuff. I will be living there myself till we get married. Just want to do all the work now before I move the stuff in.

No new news on the boat. I will be getting it out of storage hopefully with in the next couple weeks. I will take it to my house and start the process of replacing gimble bearing and bellows. Will also be putting a new fuel pump on it.

Glad to hear the house is coming along! It's hard to find time for everything isn't it?!

Shrom,
had a little scare the other night... Jen came to me with her Ipod showing me a story of a local girl named Morgan that lost her life in a car accident, she was the right age, and Jen described her as a "cute young girl" from the area. she said "it couldn't be, could it?". my heart stopped for a moment. as much as a loss like that is an absolute tragedy, I found myself thankful that it wasn't who it could have been. I was honestly set back for a moment... give her a hug and be thankful she is with you... every day. I won't go into why that is so important to me, but seriously, hug her, and appreciate her.

on a positive note... it's almost time! get it out, get it ready... boating season approaches!
