Ok..NEW TEST FORUM!

FYI...I'm attempting to upgrade this forum to 2.0.2, so its currently down.


We now have a working updated & complete Test Forum!!! 


This is a copy of the 'real deal' from about 3/1 @5pm Central now upgraded to version SMF v2.0.2

Use, Test & Let me know!

Your ID & Password should be the same as the real forums...

THIS WILL NOT BE SAVED!!!

Avitar's are stored in same spot as attachments
Can't up load pictures ... I get ...

The path was incorrect, yes, pointing to Brian's server path (which that forum can't access).

Yes it is...

I just uninstalled & deleted the SFS mod, then reinstalled it thinking that would fix it.

I'll keep checking on that, but it shouldn't happen if I had fixed the icon before I installed the SFS package.

The rest is small fixes ...

Since I'm a DBA by profession, moving the DB is the easy part.  The hard part honestly is moving files and keeping the 'new' forum separate from the 'old' forum...b/c when it lives on Brian's servers...they can access both directories!  (Yikes!)

Ok, icon's are fixed.  I had to edit each theme path as they were incorrect!

I think we're pretty set.  I'll let this sit for a couple days, but I'm thinking Sunday evening.

I'll need 2-3 hours to do the migration properly.

Will everyone survive that long?

tapatalk is a software mobile plugin for easier access from your phone...can be found on both Android & Apple markets.  (Not sure about blackberry.

You can easily upload photos from your phone, respond to posts easier, etc, etc.
