Trailer question

(1/2) > >>

Hyperacme:
Found a pretty good deal on a trailer, I think ... $650 is the asking price.

1990 Prince Craft for 16 to 17 ft. boat.
Emailed him about load cap.

Question is ... Shouldn't there be keel support rollers ?

75starflight:
My shoreland'r that I redid had those poly glides on it but I removed them. I looked at alot of trailer before buying mine and alot had those on them.

OleRed:
I've used a trailer similar to that for a long time moving boats, I 'like id because it would haul just about any hull with-out havung to adjust the bunks, like I would have had to do if it had 4 bunks,  it was an Escort trailer I had, came under "B-words"   3500 lb axle.

V153:
Just sold a 3500 lb cap Escort trailer for $400 bucks. Thought it oughta be worth a lil more than that but what the heck I'll take what I can get. I agree it'd be a good rig for pulling difrent kinds of boats. Was just way too big for anything I currently own.

If I had to guess I'd say that trailer's a 2500 pounder Gregg.

edit. Yes "Escort" was B's line of trailers.

Gregg neither of my bunk trailers have keel rollers. Just the pads on the crossmembers to keep the keel of the hull from getting chewed up.
