Only just about any self respecting captain who boats around Charlotte Harbor or Lemon Bay. Capt Ron is a member at large on several county 'planning' commisions. Much to their chagrin from what I understand.

Does anybody listen? Well one can only hope so Doran. Cuz Capt Ron's take on the 'situation' is dead on.

Interesting read. Just think if all non-profits had numbers like that. People would stop donating in a heartbeat! Hopefully they can flip those numbers around and actually do some good!

Ya think? What's really telling is the measly $63,593 donated by Floridians. (We know the drill.) Vs the 1.1 million hoodwinked outa who knows who from who knows where by Jimmy Buffett'n co. Fyi their spending habits are no better'n probly worse than the State?
