Paint work finally done, she's definitely a "10 footer" but I'm going on with it.  (I wasn't happy with the paint / color on the deck, so I repainted it as well.)


Don't leave old road signs laying around, I'll make a motor plate out of it!  

Bolting on the beast.  (One hole up puts the AV plate about 1" above the bottom of the keel.)

Making progress Mark. Its been a haul for you but you put her together stronger then the factory. Should be a sturdy reliable craft when done. Sure hope you can make the trip one of these years.

Thanks guys, the encouragement helps keep me going!  It's taken me a lot longer than anticipated, but hey I'm new at this.  I hate to jinx myself, but this one will be a lot easier to pull up to Red Wing next year.
