Went to one of the biggest swap meets of the year to gather some parts for the motor build. The entire infield of Charlotte Motor Speedway was nothing but parts and cars. Took me 8 hours to go through the whole place. Got some great deals on some things I needed. Have a new 600cfm carb on its way tomorrow from TN, gosh I love Craigslist!

2 new aluminum water pumps - $30 (he threw the non polished one in with the purchase of the polished one. I pulled the rear covers, don't think water has ever been through either)
Edelbrock high volume fuel pump, very nice condition - $15
New timing chain cover - $5 (he was asking $10, took the $5 without any challenge)
Polished aluminum fabricated valve covers - $40 (they were new in the box)
Aluminum Pulleys - $20 for both
