Jeff and I looked at a Glastron today that is in need of some luv.
Its a 1977 SSV-189 with a 305 V8.
It is complete. We could find nothing missing. Its just very dirty. Floor is bad. Outdrive shifts. Motor turned over by hand but it seemed too easy. Motor looked fairly clean compared to the rest of the boat but it should clean up nice. Hasn't been licensed since 95 so likely not run either. Hull is in very good condition. It may or may not come with the trailer. Its nothing to write home about but sure would be a lot easier to move with the trailer. Tires are dry rotted.
Jeff is negotiating the trailer inclusion. Hopefully a title will be forthcoming.
Neither one of us are very interested but I will bring it home if no one else wants it, IF it comes with the trailer. Its worth saving. Its a very nice size boat for family or pets.
Price is dependent on the trailer so I have not posted yet until we know what the "deal" is.

Ross if the price is right I would be interested in it for a parts boat, to fix up Fawkes. The only catch is I would probably not be able to come and get it until the red wing meet.

Talked to my buddy at work where the boat is currently sitting.  He is not the owner,  will get me in contact with the owner on finding out if the trailer will go with the project and price.

will keep everybody posted as it happens if it does.
