By the sounds of it, this is going to be a comparatively light restore right? Transom and engine mounts? Engine runs?

I know the transom and motor mounts need to be replaced, the stringers in the engine compartment seem to be solid.
The floor is a new half-inch floor over an old three-quarter inch floor, both rotten, so we will see how that all pans out.
Motor runs, drive and components all seem solid. Although I'm sure we're going to end up replacing the gimbal bearing bellows and prob the coupler.
If I can at all avoid taking this motor back out it would be good.
