Redoing Electrical on 1972 V156 Aqualift
« on: August 24, 2016, 04:13:15 PM »
I just bought a 1972 Glastron V156 Aqualift and I need to rewire console as nothing works.  Switch is new and will start engine.  Lights don't work nor do the gauges.  Where can I get a diagram and parts for rebuilding the console?

I doubt you'll find a factory wiring diagram but here is a generic one which should help, along with a color code

My 1972 V-156 had "Running lights" and "Anchor light" switch on dash ... see attachment.
Mine had no horn or fuel tank gauge, if yours has them it was installed by dealer or owner.
The tach. hook up would be run off your throttle control box.
Dash gauge lights power could have come from control box too.

Can you post some pictures ?
