Meet Arrivals When & Where

Essentially, I'd like to create a list of when folks are arriving & where. We can keep it non-specific, ie, Hotel, just not which hotel, etc.
Since we no longer handle reservations, the goal is to get a list of expected folks on each day. For example, the Thursday run, who's planning on making it and how many, etc.
Please reply to this thread, and then I'll add your information to the top post. Thanks!

I took wed, Thur, Fri off so unless Makinwaves plans change, I/we hope to be there Wednesday afternoon. If on my own might be earlier Wednesday.
