Army patches - help identify?
« on: October 22, 2017, 04:51:09 PM »
My uncle passed last fall and his wife was just going to get rid of all these patches he had. My uncle was not a veteran put would have if it wasn't for diabetes. He always was writing to the guys over on duty just to make sure everyone got a letter from someone and knew they were appreciated. He had many return letters and friends because of it and they would send him patches of what they were. I would like to try to identify what they stand for but don't know where to look. Any one out there know   a place to find out? or know what some of these are?

Plenty of sites out there to purchase, identify army unit patches, one for instance; https://www.acuarmy.com/collections/army-shoulder-patches.  BTW, spent a month at FT drum leading  ICIDS deployment.    Enjoyed working with the 10th Mountain folks.
