As of around 2010 the boat was structurally rebuilt with new stringers, transom, floor, flotation boxes and carpet. I have full picture documentation of the rebuild. 
The interior is the original (minus the carpet)  vinyl in pretty good condition. There are two seams that have separated on the captain's seats. Included are two covers,  one of which being the cockpit cover, the other is the original trailering cover. It has the 260hp, 350ci that pushes the boat to 62-63mph.
