Title: 25" Cleaver prop question
Post by: Carlson_from_Germany on January 03, 2018, 04:08:23 AM
Guys, I have a question. Has anyone of you seen a 25" Cleaver with a FloTorq hub?
I'm having trouble finding the right prop for the Intimidator now that I run a different outdrive.

I would start by searching the Scream and Fly Buy and Sell Marketplace Propellers. Good place to get performance props.

You can use search words within the section.

You may also post for a propeller wanted in the prop section.

Do you mean 25 Pitch and not inch I don't think a 25in prop will fit.

I ran a 4 blade 25 P Merc Rev 4 and tried a 25 pitch Hydromotive on my 23 both were flo Torq hubs.  I also have a 28 P Bravo1 4 blade I am going to try this spring. I bought it off a guy on FB Marketplace.

Thanks David, I haven't checked SAF in quite a while.

Sorry Shawn, yes I meant pitch. Here in Europe they use " as pitch.
Hydromotives are nearly impossible to find over here. And shipping a heavy prop is probably not cheap.
So far the cleaver just performed best.

The Merc Rev 4 I tried was almost the same MPH and RPM as the cleaver style Hydromotive. They are a surfacing prop as well from my understanding. There is a Rev 4 25P on CL in my area not sure how much it would be to ship it to ya. Tim just told me about it last night

I have a 25 Rev 4 but it's with a solid hub. So that won't work. Shipping would probably cost more than the actual prop die to the weight.
