Title: 12th White Bear Lake Classic & Vintage Boat Show, June 24th

Hello Boaters,

The ice was mostly out, then back and now gone again so Spring is well underway and so are our plans for the 12th annual White Bear Lake Classic & Vintage Boat Show. This year’s show is scheduled for Saturday, June 24th, from 10 am to 4 pm on Lake Avenue at the White Bear Shopping Center. The Boat Show is a flagship event in White Bear’s annual Manitou Days celebration.

The Boat Show will include on-land boat displays, outboard motor displays, model boat displays and the popular Nautical Swap Meet with collections of boat parts and boating memorabilia that will be available for purchase. There will be food vendors, live music and the Arts and Crafts Fair with its 25 displays by local artisans.  The history of sailing and sailboat manufacturing in White Bear Lake will be highlighted in the Maritime Room next door to the Boat Show.  We expect a good crowd of people all day long.

The Boat Show can accommodate 65 boats in the on-land Lake Avenue display.  There is no entry fee to display a boat, or to participate in the Swap Meet. The Show is not a formally judged event. However, trophies will be awarded in several categories, including the People’s Choice Award, Favorite Inboard, Favorite Outboard, Favorite Sailboat and Favorite Row/Paddle Boat.

The “News” tab shows the Schedule of Events for the day and there is a link to the Registration Form.  Print, complete and mail in your registration as soon as possible.

More information, including a Map with Driving Directions and the Organizational Plan for the day of the Boat Show will be emailed out as we get closer to June.
