1976 Glastron GT-150
« on: April 26, 2011, 06:29:53 AM »
Hello,

I own a 1976 Glastron GT-150.  Has anyone ever purchased a mid 70's GT-150 brand new from the dealer?  If so, how much did the boat and trailer cost as a package?

Thank You,

GAC

The suggested retail price of the boat alone (no trailer or engine) was $1969. Maybe another $500 for a trailer at that time and I have no idea what engines were going for then. Spec says 70hp max in 76 on a GT150

From the 1974 G/C brochure with a "Boat & Motor Mart" stamp on the back ...

Looks like a CV16SS or maybe a CV16 was $4750 from the writing on that page, in the "Price & Spec" sheet it lists the CV16 as $2149 for just the boat.

Also has a V-174 with " 130 for $4599" and "140 for $4999"

Price for just GT-150 was ...

1972 - $1349
1973 - $1469
1974 - $1549
1975 - $1859
1976 - $1969
1977 - $2099
1978 - $2299
