Hi Everyone,
Some follow-up on this one posted here last week: the CV19 in AZ. I would like the engine and trailer for my CV21 restoration, maybe eventually restore the CV19 (which does needs a lot!):
1.) I made contact with the buyer long enough to tell him I would be getting a quote to ship to MI. It's about $1000, less than I feared. Shipping it into freezing temps would be an issue, though, if it there's water in the engine.
2.) So I wanted to know when the boat was last run (it says "ready for lake"), and does he have the title(s)? Seller has been silent all this week.
3.) In the meantime, the price had already dropped from $2500 to $2200, and is now listed at $1700.
Don't know what the recent events mean, but passing on the info in case it had caught anyone else's attention. I'm waiting for a response from the seller. I could probably ask my wife's cousin's husband, a Phoenix lawyer, to get involved if it got to the point of a transaction. Or maybe he could store it until it's spring up here?

A whole bunch of stuff, one 270 is in fully operational condition with updated pick up sleeves to prevent engine overheating. The spare unit is for parts. There is a couple, extra repairable props, nose cone, manual, wiring, harness lift, drive and starter all coming out of a 1971 CV 16SS with an AQ130. Fully negotiable on price located in Minneapolis Minnesota. We did a full engine swap and drive swap so these parts are no longer needed. Coming from my Volvo experience, This is one heckuva deal and it?s really hard to find these parts. Uffda gotta keep these old boats afloat.

Beautiful, vintage, rare 1969 Glastron Carlson Corinthian in excellent condition! 19 foot boat with incredible trailer. Together it is about 2000 pounds.
1969 double badged Glastron Carlson. Rare boat as they were only built for two years. Powered by a 1984 115 Mercury with power trim. Runs great. Very low miles as it was mostly only used for boat shows.
Trailer has new powder coat paint , wiring and lights. Boat has a small cubby cabin with two full length cushions. Includes two new batteries, original cover, bumpers, multiple quarts of oil, Bluetooth stereo, and more.

Hello Folks. Anyone interested in some parts from a 1979 Glastron CV23HT? I bought it several years ago to restore but never got to it. I have way too many things going on and will probably never get to it. I have the whole boat and trailer. Stringers, transom, etc.. are all toast. I have several items that might be useful for restoration though. I have the fiberglass top. I have a full drivers side windscreen and a partial Passenger. Several other items. (See Pics). On the original Glastron trailer, tires are 3-4 years old, trailer axle has been totally rebuilt. Complete with bimini top and camper canvas. All upholstery has new wood bottoms. Looking to sell my 1959 FireFlight. Boat has been stored in garage for 4 years. Has original 1960 40 hp Johnson Seahorse in good condition, has new impeller. Boat is solid, has good windshield, steering wheel, and controls.

Immaculate classic boat for cruising, skiing, and tubing. Fiberglass, upholstery, carpet, and metallic paint coat are in immaculate condition. All gauges work. The hull, fiberglass, and bumpers are clean. The floor and transom are solid. I?m the original owner. Boat has always been well maintained and stored w/cover in my garage. This boat is gorgeous and has always been a head-turner👍.
1988 Johnson 120 OB, 2-stroke with 3 and 4-blade SS props. The last time I put the boat in the water was in 2022.
I haven?t started the motor since then.
1987 galvanized trailer is in great condition. Plenty of tread on the tires and spare. All trailer lights work.

2001 Glastron Carlson 23 CSX. This boat has the Mercruiser 454 Mag MPI with a Bravo One outdrive with 306 engine hours. A year after owning this boat I had a small crack open up in the bow after being in some rough water. A fiberglass repair facility was able to determine that at some point in the boats life moisture got into the hull on that side and caused delamination. (weakened its integrity) the area affected is a small section of the starboard bow. I sanded the area down and laid new fiberglass to ensure it wouldn?t have any more issues. It is a very strong repair but not proffesional by any means and not the prettiest thing in the world. The price reflects this as the engine and outdrive of this boat are worth asking price on their own. I have put about 100 hrs on this boat since the repair including a trip across Lake Superior to Isle Royale with no issues and was planning on keeping it for many more years but I am moving and will not be able to bring it with me. $7500 OBO.

Selling my 1994 Glastron SSV249 with a Volvo Penta 5.8 (351W Ford). Boat runs great and is a lot of fun. Stainless 3 blade 15P prop. Comes a Danforth anchor and shore anchors as well. Lots of space and a port-a-potti on board. New Garmin BT radio and speakers. All the upholstery was redone in the last year. Swim ladder was added. Oil and lower unit oil was changed with fresh Amsoil oils. Table converts to a bed with a small aft cabin as well. Also had Bennet electric/hydraulic trim tabs. Great boat just don't have time for it. Shorelander trailer had brand new tires installed in October 2022. Snap in carpet as well. Last year I buffed and polished the entire boat. Wiring was updated to a power distribution block with blade type fuses instead of the glass fuses.

Glastron GT-160 Project Boat - Super Cool looking classic that?s worth quite a bit restored. Needs all new wood. Was originally brown but was repainted yellow at one point. It has replacement yellow windscreen that should polish up nice. Have more trim pieces (not pictured). No motor. Kept in barn for last 10+ years. Great trailer with good older tires that?s worth the price. I should?ve posted the boat trailer and the boat comes with it -Lol! I have too many projects and will not get to this one.

OK, here?s the story. This was inherited by a friend.
Boat hadn?t run in a cpl years so had a tech install a new impeller ($500).
Tech couldn?t get it started afterwards.
I?ve managed to get it started with MUCH MUCH difficulty (not a 2 stroke guy).
My friend doesn?t really want the boat so would rather just sell it as is rather than putting any more money into it.

I?m thinking about selling my 1971 GT 160. I don?t think this boat has even been rained on. Transom original and perfect. Has factory power trim. Custom sunbrella cover and it also has a spare running motor ( it?s the one I took the trim off of). Boat runs great. I have for sale a 1959 Glastron FireFlite. This is a 15-foot fiberglass runabout that I completely restored in 2007/2008. My wife calls it ?The Bat Boat.? It includes two motors.
Her registration is current; the trailer has never been licensed and in fact has no bracket for a tag. (In Oregon a trailer this size doesn?t need a plate. You will have a bill of sale and should have no trouble with the Tag Office.)
Her topsides need a polish, but she should clean up well -- see the last photo from just after restoration, above. Topsides are Interlux Brightside linear polyurethane in ?Fire Red?; hull is Interlux VC Performance Epoxy.
You never know, you might make a bit of cash as an extra in the next ?50/'60s-period movie they film in Savannah!

No trades. I love this boat, but no time to use. Painted it a few years ago with heavy flake and it's holding up okay although the clear is peeling a little. Still a great looking boat with a new interior that always gets compliments. Reliable 86 Johnson 70 HP. Also have an early 80s Mercury 115 HP Tower of power. That engine has great compression yet I could only get spark on cylinder one. As far as I can tell it needs a stator. Couple props, some accessories, tires like new, I rewired it a couple years ago, in the previous owner replace the floors with marine plywood and it's still nice and solid. It's a great boat and handles amazing.

I have a glastron Carlson csx-18 with a 200hp outboard(motor 1998)runs great fast fun boat with more then enough power to pull what ever you want always maintained and well looked after unfortunately it was blown out of the water in a bad storm around 8 years ago that's all the chip marks in the pictures dose not affect the boat at all and was quoted 500-1500 $ to fix it was planning to fix but I'm injured and have a back surgery coming up and just don't have the time to fix it with that being said its ready for a new home looking to get 13000$ for it comes with a shorelande'r trailer all lights work has newer bearings and tires are 2 years old comes with everything you need including(new extra spark plugs) 6 life jackets paddles and 2 new battery's one to start the boat and one for the stereo witch is also new $13,000 may consider trades on vehicles boat is located in north edmonton.(IF ad is still up boat is still available.) This is a 1967 Glastron V163 Bayflite I have owned for about 26 years. It?s in nice shape for its age. Not perfect but very solid. It has a 1989 100HP Mercury 4 cylinder with very low hours on its rebuild. The guy I bought the engine from completely went through it, including new paint and decals. I had to ?break it in? like a new engine. I paid 3k for the engine alone. It has been sitting now since about 2012. I have too many boats and am thinning the heard and hopefully it will go to someone that will use it. Also, it is sitting on the white trailer in the photos. I switched it to bunks. The boat is in really good shape. For its age, the seats are almost all new. The 2 captain seats are new them alone were a 1000 bucks. There's something wrong with the lower unit. I don't know what it is, so don't ask. The price is firm. I will not go down. I am losing $2000 on the deal as it is. The pictures will tell you most of what you need to know. The stringer, transom, and floor have been completely replaced with composite SeaCast. No wood = No Rot! The seats have been redone with new marine grade leather with orange stitching. I have $6k into this. Comes with trailer and all parts for final assembly. No motor. You decide what outboard makes sense for you.
As it stands the exterior bodywork needs to be completed. Then it is ready to be put back together.

1977 GT-150. Will not come with the Suzuki outboard, will be sold as hull/trailer only, gauGe will be swapped, as the Suzuki gauges and controls are staying with the motor. The boat is currently on a 1977 EZ loader trailer, which will come with the boat. My grandparents bought the boat in 2019, cleaned it up and put brand new seats in it. I bought it from them last year, and had it professionally buffed to bring back some of the shine. I?ve found some gel coat cracks along the top edges of the transom, and it came to us with the plate installed. Haven?t dug too deep into it. It?s handled the weight of the 4 stroke the past 3 years, jumped on the motor and nothing seemed to flex.
That said, I have no idea when/if the transom and floor were last done.
Love the boat, only reason for selling is I bought a Hydrostream, and only have room to store one boat. I have paperwork for both the boat and trailer. Currently located near Lake Placid, NY.

Very fun and fast. This boat has been in our family for longer than I can remember. We?ve enjoyed it, but we haven?t used it for awhile so it?s time for us to say goodbye. It?s been well maintained and stored inside. Seats are in good shape but could use a little tlc. But it?s in great shape for being nearly 40 years old. The 200hp Yamaha will pull a skier easily - probably faster than your skier will want. We used it mainly for bouncing the kids around on a tube. Trailer is in good shape, but has some rust.
