We do want to get out this fall before its too late but am unprepared to go today. Besides, with Joni's broken ankle, it would be tough to get in and out of the boat, however as it gets better, that should become easier. Maybe next weekend?

Nothing very exciting...I was chasing her around the bed...No wait
We moved my mom into assisted living about a month ago and have been in the process of cleaning out 64 years of stuff and fixing her house. Joni stepped off the front stairs of the house and must have mis judged. Cranked her foot around to the side. She has sprained and broken this same ankle before so its kinda weak, I guess. Sucks! She can hardly wait on me anymore. lol!

Jason, were you and Jamie looking for art for the cuddy cabin or the house?

"We were at the art fair in Stillwater."

That is Sally and I.  Came up from Hastings. Stillwater was overrun, wow.  We parked along the wall just down from the vendor tents for about an hour.  Checked out the fair.  Hastings was having a big classic car show/cruise too.  It was overrun also.

Figured it was you but didn't want to start screaming out names.

FYI if you didn't know, there is a public dock behind the paddle boats. Free. Little more protected than the wall which is not in a no-wake zone.

Thanks, good info for next time.  I would have felt a lot better about docking behind the steamboats.  We had oversize bumpers and we got away un-marked, but I did feel a little exposed there on the wall.
