At first I thought it was a CV16SS but the interior and the air vent didn't match...
Transformation? Factory build? I've seen CV21s with a stern but this is my first CV19.

A stern drive was also available in 1971 & 1973 (73 had a 302 ci for $6699).
No stern drive listed in the 1974 price & spec sheet.
